DESCRIPTION:We’re thrilled to announce Trek Fest 2024\, taking place on November 2\, 2024\, from 11:00 AM -7:00 PM at the Ministry Training Center behind White Wing Christian Bookstore on Keith Street in Cleveland\, Tennessee. All proceeds from this event will benefit Trek Thru Truth. \nThere are several ways to get involved in the TTT Fall Festival\, and we invite artists\, food vendors\, and local churches and ministries to contribute to our event. We’ve broken down the details of participation for each group below: \nArtists and Food Vendors\nWe are inviting artists and food vendors to apply for booth space at our festival. Booths come in a variety of sizes and will need to remain open from 11:00 AM -7:00 PM. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent\, tables\, chairs\, and other necessary equipment. Booth locations will be assigned and marked prior to your arrival\, and setup can commence from 7:00 AM. \nFor more information on booth rules and to apply\, please click here – Artist and Food Vendor Application \nChurches and Ministries\nLocal churches and ministries are invited to host an activity booth. These booths will offer child/family activities throughout the festival. Like artist and food vendor booths\, these will also measure 12’x12′ and need to remain open from 11:00 AM -7:00 PM. Churches and ministries are required to provide their own tent\, tables\, chairs\, and all necessary materials/prizes for their activities. \nThere is no cost for hosting a booth. However\, churches and ministries are asked to manage and provide the related items for each activity for the duration of the festival.
